JAD Motor Limited is a specialized one stop car dealer who focused on promoting household car uses and sustainable energy. We pride ourselves in trying to encourage, provide insight and detail information on economic, hybrid and full electric cars for normal household communal solution. We are slowly moving into the sustainable and renewable energy lifestyle and we believed cars as one of the most commonly seen and owned communal equipment should also follow the trend.
With the anticipating growth in the vehicle industry, especially trying to incorporate the mechanic division of the operation, we are looking to employ a Project Coordinator. This position involved a lot of communication, liaising, rapport building and leadership. This is a permanent position, 30 hours of full time weekly work commitment fulfilling work life balance and a competitive hourly rate of $32.00 to $35.00.
Successful candidte will hopefully possess the following attributes:
- Tertiary qualification in the area of business, management, sales and marketing, or similar (optional)
- Relevant work experiences as project coordinator or manager (within operation) (minimum 2 years or more) (compulsory otherwise application will not be considered)
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with other personnel
- Team player
- Multilingual is preferred but not necessary
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaising between interdepartmental communication and updates to assist in progressing company's operation
- Maintain documentation traceability and accuracy
- Prepare update reports, attend meetings, to provide quarterly updates of the project progress to the director
- Ability to review and negotiate contracts and services
- Liaise between operation and directors to resolve potential problem and implement preventative actions
- Oversee and report works of contractors and team members
- Collect, review and analyze data from various projects and provide feedback to the director
