If you’re an experienced Solar Installer, Trade Assistant, or Electrician with solar endorsement, then this is your chance to join one of the Bay’s most respected electrical companies.

Based in sunny Papamoa, you’ll be working on residential and commercial jobs, as well as off-grid solar projects across the Bay of Plenty and beyond.
  
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Installing solar systems on homes, businesses, farms, commercial sites and remote locations
  • Working alongside a skilled, supportive team
  • Delivering clean, efficient, high-quality installs
  • Helping drive smarter, energy-efficient solutions for customers  
What You’ll Get
  • $35 - $45+ per hour (based on experience and relevant qualifications)
  • Company vehicle, tool allowance, uniform, PPE, mobile phone plan
  • Kiwisaver on top of the hourly rate, not inclusive

What We’re Looking For
  • Solar installation experience OR qualified Electrician (EWRB) with solar endorsements
  • Ability to read plans and complete installation records
  • Keen to grow in the solar space
  • Physically fit (able to lift panels up to 27kg)
  • Full NZ driver’s licence
  • Solid work ethic and good team attitude
  • Experience with Fergus / Simpro / Site Docs
  • Residential and light commercial experience
