- Consistent 45 hour per week, Monday to Friday work.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be right at the heart of keeping production running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Fault finding and repair of electrical and control systems in a fast-paced processing environment
- Maintaining site-wide electrical infrastructure (low and extra low voltage systems)
- Supporting plant start-ups and new projects
- Installation and upgrade of electrical equipment in line with NZ standards
- Maintaining critical systems including lighting, automation, and instrumentation
- Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime and keep operations moving
- Coordinating contractors and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- NZ Registered Electrician (Level 4)
- Full EWRB licence or partially complete
- At least 5 years’ experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong fault-finding ability across electrical and control systems
- A team-first attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Someone who is already based in New Zealand is essential.
