Warehouse Operator – Intermediate Level Mangere | $60–70k | Hands‑On + Customer Service + Advanced Machinery

Superstaff is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operator for a busy 3PL distribution environment in Mangere.

This is a great role for someone who is confident on multiple machines, enjoys a mix of admin + customer interaction, and wants to step into a role with real responsibility.

About the Role You’ll be working across warehousing, customer service, and key account support. This is a hands‑on role with variety, including:
  • Picking & packing orders accurately
  • Operating machinery: Turret, Reach, Counterbalance
  • Driving a Turret for high‑bay picking
  • Customer service & key account communication
  • Administration tasks including order entry, stock updates, and email management
  • General warehouse duties as required
Skills & Experience Needed
  • Strong forklift, reach, and turret driving experience
  • Confident operating counterbalance and high‑reach equipment
  • Experience in customer service and key account management
  • Solid administration skills (emailing, order entry, stock systems)
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Experience in Third party logistics environment is a plus
Salary $60,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
Location Mangere, Auckland
