Dynamic Group Limited is a growing and leading construction mechanical and electrical services provider operating across New Zealand. We specialize in the design, installation, maintenance, and project delivery of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and associated construction services. Due to strong business growth and several major current and upcoming projects in Auckland, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple construction projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction project activities and resources
• Plan project schedules, timelines, and workforce requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and overall performance
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and regulations
• Oversee project quality control and site progress
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to management
• Support project planning for current and upcoming large-scale projects

Skills & Experience Required:

• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Good understanding of construction processes and project management principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of New Zealand construction standards and regulations is advantageous
