We are looking for a experienced Supervisor of Commercial Site Cleaning with responsibility for overseeing cleaning operations, supervising staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, coordinating schedules, conducting site inspections, and ensuring all commercial premises are cleaned and maintained to client and company requirements.

Description-

  • Supervising and coordinating cleaning staff across multiple commercial sites to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Inspecting work areas regularly to ensure cleaning duties are completed according to company and client requirements.
  • Preparing staff rosters, assigning daily duties, and monitoring employee attendance and performance.
  • Training new cleaning staff on cleaning procedures, safe chemical handling, equipment usage, and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Managing cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment inventory and arranging replacements when required.
  • Liaising with clients and management to address complaints, special cleaning requests, and service improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Monitoring the maintenance and proper operation of cleaning machinery and reporting repair requirements.
  • Conducting quality control checks and implementing corrective actions to maintain service standards.
  • Preparing reports related to staff performance, site inspections, incidents, and cleaning operations.
  • Assisting cleaning staff during busy periods and ensuring all commercial sites are maintained in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.

Requirements - 

  • Diploma qualification in Cleaning Management, Facility Services, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial cleaning supervision
  • Ability to supervise and manage multiple cleaning staff across commercial sites
  • Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
  • Good communication and leadership skills to coordinate with clients and workers
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
  • Basic record keeping and reporting abilities for daily site operations
