We are looking for a experienced Commercial Sites VAT Cleaner with knowledge of professional cleaning procedures across offices, commercial buildings, warehouses, and public facilities. Skilled in deep cleaning, sanitization, floor maintenance, waste management, and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Description - 

  • Perform cleaning and sanitization of commercial sites, offices, warehouses, shopping areas, and public facilities.
  • Clean floors, windows, walls, washrooms, workstations, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Carry out VAT/bin cleaning, waste collection, disposal, and maintain hygiene standards at all times.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and polishing equipment.
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures while handling chemicals and cleaning materials.
  • Inspect cleaned areas to ensure cleanliness and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
  • Refill cleaning supplies and ensure stock of materials is maintained properly.
  • Work independently or with a team to complete cleaning duties within scheduled timelines.
  • Maintain professional standards and provide quality cleaning services in commercial environments.
  • Ensure all assigned sites are cleaned and maintained according to company and client requirements.

Requirements - 

  • Minimum qualification of High School Certificate or NZQA Level 2 equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or VAT/bin cleaning services.
  • Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work independently and follow workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties.
  • Good time management and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or early morning schedules if required.
