Job Description:
Relevant experience of two years or a relevant qualification
Providing high level administrative, strategic planning and
operational support to the staff

Developing and reviewing offi ce policies, programs andprocedures relating to customer relations for smooth operstionsand growth of business
Planning and reviewing policies and procedures for servicesprovided
Ensuring operational effi ciency, marketing strategy and smoothoperations of the business
marketing strategy and policies to increase business growth andclients
Providing direction and feedback to team members
Involved in staff hiring/fi ring
Managing, motivating and developing staff providing service tothe clients
Planning and implementing aft er sales services. Making sure thestaff is meeting the client's needs and satisfaction.
Follow up with customer satisfaction. Ensure the customer issatisfi ed with the service provided
Modify and improve services
Conceptualise business plans and sales strategies
Implement market expansion and new market plans for businessgrowth by mapping business strengths
Maintain and nurture relationship with customers
Negotiate, draft and review contracts of new clients/cleaning sites
Liaising with other organisational units, service agents andsubcontractors
Identify and respond to client expectations
Gather feedback from the clients
Strong communication and management skills
developing and managing the organisations administrative staff and support

Applicant must be able to do fl exible working hours, includingweekends and public holiday as the role requires

Salary range for the position is $32.00- $40.00 per hour
