We are part of Fairview Aluminium Windows and Doors which is a leading brand in the industry of aluminium window and door manufacturing and installation. We are based in Auckland and provide quality customised services in Auckland Waikato and Bay of Plenty areas.

Currently, we are looking for Welders to join our team in the workshop.

 

Your Duties:

  • studying blueprints drawings and specifications to determine job requirements
  • selecting cleaning and preparing metal stock
  • cutting marked-out metal sections and shapes
  • using hand tools flame cutting torches and metal cutting machines
  • shaping and bending metal sections
  • using hand and machine tools and by heating and hammering

Requirements for this role:

·  A relevant tertiary qualification or industry training certificate at NZQF Level 4 or higher, or at least two years of relevant work experience

·   Strong skills in planning and execution

·  Clean police record

·    Drug free
