Minimum hourly rate (low salary range): $ 33
Maximum hourly rate (high salary range): $ 45

Job Description: (specific duty tasks)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal
    stakeholders.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and resolve queries across written, phone,
    and face-to-face communication channels.
  • Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure
    smooth delivery of services and outcomes. Manage the end-to-end client
    relationship process from onboarding through to ongoing support and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and strengthen brand
    loyalty. Communicate updates, offers, and relevant information to clients and
    stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure effective database management.
  • Monitor stakeholder needs and proactively support issue resolution and escalation
    where required.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship maintenance to support long-term
    engagement.

Job requirement: (Applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job)

  • Diploma Level 5 in any field, OR
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, particularly in record
    keeping and communication tracking.
