FOREST PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LIMITED is a construction company specializing in residential and commercial renovation . We are looking for professional carpenter to joint our friendly team.

Job description:

·  Studying drawings, specifications, and building plans

·  Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials

·  Constructing building frameworks, including walls,floors,ceiling and Timber frames

·  Installing doors, windows, stairs, skirting boards, and fittings

·  Building formwork for concrete construction

·  Renovating and repairing existing structures

·  Using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery

·  Ensuring work complies with building codes and safety standards

· Working on residential, commercial, and construction sites

Requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant on-site work experience; or
  • A Level 4 qualification or higher
  • Have great responsibility
  • Good communication skills
  • Physically fit
