Working with a cross section of internal stakeholders you will develop a risk framework to identify key projects and initiatives that require further development and work with teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Project owners will benefit from your input to assist on reporting and delivery, with a focus on Organisational Development initiatives.  

Working to best practice your input will bring together initiatives, drawing on your ability to deliver solutions.

To be successful you will need:
To be available to start immediately 
A track record of success as a Project / Programme manager in the Organisational development space. 
The ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
To be solution focused
