Guaranteed base rate from$ 30- $35 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Hairdresser to join our

friendly and professional salon team in Wellington.

This is a permanent full-time position with guaranteed minimum 35 and up to 45

hours per week. Weekend and rostered work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

● Cutting, colouring, foils, balayage, styling and hair treatments

● Client consultations and recommending suitable hair care solutions

● Delivering high-quality customer service and client satisfaction

● Maintaining salon hygiene and presentation standards

● Supporting and mentoring junior team members when required

● Keeping up to date with current hair trends and techniques

Requirements:

● Minimum 5 years relevant work experience, or

● NZQF Level 4 Hairdressing qualification or equivalent

● Strong technical skills in all aspects of hairdressing

● Friendly, professional and reliable attitude

● Passion for delivering quality results and customer service

● Positive team-focused approach
