About Us: Scott Rd Jixiang Garden Limited is a New Zealand-based company specialising in land development and subdivision, with a strong focus on creating sustainable and high-quality residential communities. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a capable and experienced Business Services Manager to support our management team and oversee the company’s corporate, administrative and operational support functions.

Core duty: Planning, organising, directing, controlling and coordinating the overall administration and corporate services of the business. The role includes providing high-level administrative and strategic support to senior management, managing the company’s administrative, financial, staff and physical resources, implementing business procedures and operational systems, preparing reports and correspondence, assisting with budgets and business planning, supervising administrative support staff, and representing the company in business meetings, negotiations and external communications where required. The minimum guaranteed hours of work per week are 30.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative, strategic planning and operational support to senior management.

• Manage and coordinate the company’s administrative, financial, staffing and physical resources.

• Develop, implement and review administrative and operational policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Analyse business operations, workflow, resource allocation and service delivery issues, and prepare reports and recommendations for management.

• Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial records, business reports, management correspondence and operational documentation.

• Oversee internal record-keeping, compliance documentation, supplier arrangements, office systems and general business administration.

• Supervise, support and coordinate administrative and operational support staff to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations.

• Liaise with external service providers, consultants, contractors and business stakeholders.

• Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, seminars, business forums and other external engagements when required.

Skills & Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in business, management, commerce, administration or a related field, and/or at least five years of relevant experience in business administration, corporate services, operations management or senior administrative management.
