Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded and creative Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our brand and seafood product lines. This role will focus on identifying market opportunities, analysing customer demand, advising on pricing and promotional strategies, and coordinating marketing campaigns across retail, wholesale, and digital channels.
The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening brand awareness, improving customer engagement, and supporting the company’s continued business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
·Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
·Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase brand awareness and sales performance
·Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and wholesale channels
·Assist in pricing strategies, promotional planning, and product positioning
·Coordinate social media marketing, online advertising, and website content management
·Create marketing materials including promotional content, product presentations, and branding assets
·Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support product launches and business initiatives
·Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with recommendations for improvement
·Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and external marketing providers
·Ensure brand consistency across all communication and promotional activities
Requirements
·Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
·At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing
·Strong understanding of market analysis and promotional strategy development
·Experience with social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Strong analytical and organizational abilities
·Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
·Knowledge of Asian market trends and multilingual abilities are a plus
