Job Summary
Dreamhome is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Investment to lead the company’s investment promotion, business development, and market expansion
activities. The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and
marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence, attract investment
opportunities, and enhance long-term business growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, investors, and business
partners to promote the company’s property development projects and investment services across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote the company’s property development and investment projects.
- Lead business development initiatives to identify new investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential clients in local and overseas markets.
- Establish sales targets, market expansion strategies, and performance objectives to support the company’s commercial growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, business partners, and key clients to enhance long-term business engagement and customer loyalty.
- Direct promotional campaigns, branding activities, and marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence and corporate reputation.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support strategic business decisions.
- Coordinate investment presentations, client meetings, networking events, and commercial negotiations with prospective investors and partners.
- Develop strategies to increase market awareness and improve the visibility of the company’s products, services, and development projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing activities and business development strategies align with the company’s operational and commercial objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and investment engagement outcomes, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and investment forums to promote business opportunities and strengthen industry networks.
- Lead and supervise sales and marketing team members to ensure high standards of professional performance and service delivery.
- Develop and implement branding and customer engagement strategies to strengthen the company’s brand image, market influence, and long-term customer loyalty.
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Management, Property, or a related field; OR
- At least five years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, investment promotion, or strategic commercial management.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Strong understanding of market development, customer relationship management, branding, and commercial negotiation practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and business priorities.
- Experience within the property development, investment, real estate, or related commercial sectors will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work effectively with domestic and international clients, investors, and business partners.
- Professional, commercially minded, and results-oriented approach to business development and market growth.
