DENSEN GROUNDUP LIMITED located in Auckland, is looking for a full-time Construction Project Managers to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be working a minimum of 30 hours per week on a roster. You will be responsible for:

  • Plans, organizes, and oversees large commercial and civil construction projects, including budgets and schedules.
  • Reviews architectural drawings and technical specifications to decide on the best construction methods.
  • Prepares and negotiates tenders and contracts with stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Manages and prioritizes resources like staff, materials, and equipment for large construction projects.
  • Works with clients, architects, engineers, and other professionals to plan and manage the construction process.
  • Ensures compliance with laws and safety standards.
  • Manages teams, including subcontractors, to advance and complete construction projects.
  • Creates and oversees project plans to align with strategic goals and desired outcomes.
  • Manages changes and the implementation of construction projects.

About you:

  • At least three years of relevant experience or 
  • Relevant NZQF bachelor’s degree or above qualification
  • Physically fit with a clear criminal record
