Indoor Crop Production Leading Hand Wanted

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Indoor Crop Production Leading Hand to join our growing team.

About the Role

This position involves supervising daily indoor crop production operations and supporting the team to ensure high-quality crop growth and production targets are achieved.

Key Duties Include:

  • Supervising and coordinating indoor crop production staff 

  • Monitoring crop growth and plant health 

  • Assisting with planting, irrigation, harvesting, and crop maintenance 

  • Maintaining environmental controls including lighting and temperature 

  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed 

  • Training and supporting team members 

  • Maintaining production records and quality standards 

Requirements:

  • Relevant  Experience is required

  • Strong organisational skills 

  • Reliable and hardworking attitude 

  • Ability to work flexible hours if required 

  • Heavy lifting up to 25kg or more

  • Required to work in hot environment 

  • Must be able to pass drug check

  • Must be able to work late evenings, weekends and public holidays
