We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Technician to support and enhance our digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, provide technical assistance to staff, and design and maintain our company’s website.


Key Responsibilities 
•    Determine software and hardware requirements to address business and operational needs.
•    Respond promptly to staff inquiries regarding software, hardware, and network issues.
•    Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
•    Install, configure, and maintain software applications across the organization.
•    Adapt and customize existing programs to meet business requirements.
•    Ensure optimal performance and efficient use of applications and IT equipment.
•    Implement and maintain computer networks, including LAN/WAN systems.
•    Monitor system performance and ensure network security and reliability.
•    Design, update, and maintain company website.
•    Ensure website functionality, usability, and alignment with business needs.
•    Repair and replace peripheral equipment such as desktops, terminals, printers, and modems.
•    Manage IT asset inventory and ensure all equipment is functional and up to date.


Skills & Qualifications
•    A Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or at least three years of relevant experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
•    Solid knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
•    Experience with website design and maintenance
•    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•    Excellent communication skills

The employee will work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and must be available to work on weekends when required. The hourly rate ranges from $30 to $35. Candidates must be New Zealand citizens or New Zealand resident visa holders. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
