You’ll be selling a technical product and solution across a broad customer base—from Kapiti through to Wairarapa—perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building relationships, and delivering real-world solutions.

The Opportunity
You’ll inherit a loyal and established customer base, giving you immediate traction, while also having the autonomy to expand your territory and build new connections across the wider Wellington region.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage and grow a strong portfolio of B2B clients
  • Identify and win new business opportunities across the region
  • Build relationships within the building & construction sector
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, practical solutions
  • Quote, negotiate, and confidently close deals
  • Stay engaged with customers throughout their full lifecycle
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor known for adding value
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success ( /- 5 years) in B2B sales in New Zealand (essential)
  • Exposure to technical or building-related products is a bonus (construction, trades, building, logistics, technical products or similar)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys both farming and hunting
  • High energy, self-driven, and motivated to succeed
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in closing
  • Highly organised with excellent follow-through
