About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Marketing Officer to support the company’s ongoing promotional and business development activities. This role is responsible for coordinating online content, digital advertising, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns across the company’s cleaning and tourism-related services. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining the company’s online presence, developing marketing materials, monitoring customer feedback and market trends, and supporting business growth through a range of marketing and promotional activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns to increase customer enquiries and service bookings across the company's cleaning, tourism, and tourism-related services.
  • Work with management to develop promotional activities, package offers, and online advertising content for local customers, accommodation providers, and tourism-related businesses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with accommodation providers, travel agencies, tourism operators, and other business partners to support service referrals and customer enquiries.
  • Monitor online enquiries, customer reviews, and market feedback across digital platforms, and recommend improvements to customer experience and service promotion strategies.
  • Prepare campaign schedules, promotional reports, and marketing performance updates to support business planning and ongoing promotional activities.
  • Create and update promotional content, including social media posts, service flyers, travel package materials, and online advertisements for the company's cleaning and tourism services.
  • Liaise with photographers, advertising platforms, and tourism-related businesses to support ongoing promotional activities and online visibility.
  • Support customer enquiry follow-ups, promotional offers, and repeat customer initiatives across cleaning bookings, transport services, and tourism-related activities.
  • Review campaign results, online engagement, and customer feedback, and provide suggestions to improve promotional activities and customer enquiries.

 

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business Management or a related field
  • OR a two-year or above working experience in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple promotional activities and online platforms.
  • Experience with social media platforms, online advertising, or digital marketing tools will be advantageous.

Employment: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week
