We are currently looking to hire 3 Freight Handlers and Packers who may be required to work across New Zealand. Our recruitment company is based in Auckland, and we provide manpower to companies across New Zealand.

The employee will be responsible for carrying out general warehouse and labouring duties to support daily warehouse operations. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Loading, unloading, lifting, moving, and stacking goods and materials within the warehouse and customer sites.
  • Wrapping pallets securely for storage and transportation.
  • Devanning containers and checking incoming stock for damage or discrepancies.
  • Picking, packing, sorting, labelling, and dispatching orders accurately.
  • Operating forklifts and reach trucks safely to move pallets, stock, and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Ensuring all forklift operations are carried out in accordance with workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Assisting with stock control, inventory checks, and warehouse organisation.
  • Cleaning warehouse areas, equipment, and customer sites to maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
  • Following workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and instructions at all times.
  • Assisting team members with general labouring and warehouse tasks as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records of goods moved, received, or dispatched when required.
  • Reporting damaged goods, safety hazards, or operational issues to supervisors.
