Our client is contracted to the airlines to complete aircraft searches on flights departing across the globe.

About the role:
Have you ever wanted to work at Auckland International Airport? Interested in what goes on behind the scenes before passengers board an aircraft? We are looking for Casual Aircraft Search Personnel.

You will be working in a team completing inspections on the interior of the aircraft and/or the cargo hold area for the purposes of discovering suspicious items before the flight leaves Aoteaoroa ie, weapons, dangerous goods, devices, articles, substances etc.
  • No experience necessary, FULL training will be given to the successful candidates.
  • Rotating schedule: days, afternoons and night shifts available *Must be available for weekends.
  • Full Uniform provided

  • Rate: $25.00 p/h
NB: Due to the nature of the job, candidates will go through thorough Security Checks with the Aviation Security on behalf of the Airport Company.

About you:
Aside from the normal, reliable, honest & hardworking, they are looking for individuals who can work at a pace, independently.
  • Be able to work weekends and be flexible to work any other day during the week.
  • Must pass a Drug Test and Police Check.
  • Must be flexible with late finishes depending on delays of aircraft arrivals.
  • Minimum must be 18 years old.
  • Attention to detail.
