Their projects are diverse, technically challenging, and built to an exceptionally high standard.The RoleAn opportunity has opened for an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in the delivery of upcoming projects across the region. This position will see you leading projects from planning and site establishment through to completion and handover, ensuring builds are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.You’ll work closely alongside site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients while maintaining strong leadership and driving successful project outcomes.We are looking forCandidates with a strong background in commercial construction and proven experience managing projects from start to finish. You’ll be someone who enjoys being hands-on and visible onsite, while still maintaining strong planning, communication, and programme. management capabilities.The ideal candidate will bring experience delivering commercial and residential projects and understand what it takes to drive quality outcomes in demanding environments.

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Site Management or Project Management role within commercial construction
  • Proven ability delivering projects through all stages of construction
  • Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and programme delivery
  • Excellent knowledge of health & safety and site compliance requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive site culture
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualification advantageous but not essential
