We are on the lookout for a Supervisor for our store who can oversee the smooth running of our business. Needless to say, you will be excellent at customer service and proactive to keep up with the business.

You will be guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours weekly. It is a permanent full-time role based in Auckland City, Auckland region. The pay rate ranges from $30–$35.

  • Oversee the smooth day‑to‑day running of the store during your shift
  • Support management in maintaining product pricing and stock levels
  • Liaise with suppliers when required to ensure adequate stock availability
  • Assist with monitoring sales performance and preparing basic reports
  • Control daily expenses and support cost‑saving initiatives
  • Monitor inventory, wastage, and shrinkage, and report issues to management
  • Reconcile cash registers at the end of shifts and ensure accurate cash handling
  • Maintain compliance with store policies, financial procedures, and reporting requirements
  • Handle materials safely and ensure proper storage of goods
  • Operate and supervise the cash register with accuracy
  • Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and presentable
  • Supervise staff on shift, allocate tasks, and ensure smooth workflow
  • Attend phone calls and resolve customer queries professionally
  • Maximise sales by informing customers about promotions and deals
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety policies
  • Assist with hiring, training, preparing rosters, and staff performance support
  • Oversee Lotto New Zealand operations during your shift, including ticket sales, reconciliation, compliance, and secure handling of cash and lottery products
