We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee cleaning operations, lead staff, and ensure high service standards across our client sites.

 

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support cleaning staff
* Schedule shifts and manage daily operations and Doing invoices and payroll 
* Conduct quality inspections and ensure hygiene standards
* Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
* Communicate with clients and address concerns promptly
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* relevant experience or relevant qualifications 
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours if required
* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
