2 x Site Supervisor

Qualification/Work Experience
You will be required to demonstrate that you have two - three years of experience in a
residential construction.
Key Responsibilities
 Oversee and manage construction projects from conception through to completion.
 Review projects in detail to schedule deliverables, allocate resources, and estimate
costs.
 Supervise all onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with building
codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
 Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
 Select, procure, and manage tools, materials, and equipment while tracking inventory.
 Ensure all contractual conditions and performance standards are met.
 Monitor daily work progress and address any issues promptly.
 Prepare and present internal and external reports on project status and performance.
 Plan proactively to prevent potential problems and resolve emerging challenges
efficiently.
 Analyse, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

 Maintain high-quality construction standards and ensure adherence to proper
techniques and procedures.
 Ability to stick to completion deadlines and budgets.
 Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all sites and respond to any
accidents/breaches immediately.
