Position – 2 x Site Supervisor
We are currently looking for full-time two Site Supervisors to join our committed,
hardworking team at Xtremewood Homes Limited.
You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 45
hours/week.

Qualification/Work Experience
You will be required to demonstrate that you have two - three years of experience in a
residential construction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage construction projects from conception through to completion.
Review projects in detail to schedule deliverables, allocate resources, and estimate
costs.
Supervise all onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with building
codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Select, procure, and manage tools, materials, and equipment while tracking inventory.
Ensure all contractual conditions and performance standards are met.
Monitor daily work progress and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and present internal and external reports on project status and performance.
Plan proactively to prevent potential problems and resolve emerging challenges
efficiently.
Analyse, manage, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Maintain high-quality construction standards and ensure adherence to proper
techniques and procedures.
Ability to stick to completion deadlines and budgets.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all sites and respond to any
accidents/breaches immediately.
