We are seeking Builder’s Labourers to support construction projects across Auckland. This role involves working on active construction sites, assisting tradespeople and site teams with general labouring duties.


Key duties include:
  • Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
  • Moving materials around construction sites
  • Assisting with erecting and dismantling temporary structures
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading construction materials such as concrete
  • Assisting trades with general construction tasks under supervision
  • Using hand tools and power tools safely
  • Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
  • Following instructions and participating in Health & Safety toolbox meetings
Minimum requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months’ construction site experience, or the ability to demonstrate safe working practices on site.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
  • Basic ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Strong Health & Safety awareness
  • Physically fit for manual labour
  • Site Safe certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
Role details:
  • Pay rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
  • Location: Auckland
