Job Description:
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the moving business, managing staff and schedules, manage Vehicle fleet, and overseeing operational and administrative
activities.
Plan, organise, and coordinate daily operations and work schedules
Direct and supervise operational and office staff
Control and monitor daily workflows to ensure jobs run smoothly
Coordinate bookings, job allocations, and staff rosters
Oversee general administration, records, and reporting
Ensure efficient use of vehicles, staff, and resources
Handle customer enquiries and resolve operational issues
Monitor service quality and improve work processes
Ensure health & safety and company procedures are followed
Support management with planning, reporting, and business operations
Report operational performance to top Management
Requirements
Business Related Bachelor degree Level qualification or minimum 3 years
Releavnt work experince in a similar role
Previous work Experince in domestic or commercial moving industry or transport
sector will be an added advantage
Strong organisational and planning skills
People Management skills
Full clean driver licences
