Job Title: Educational Consultant
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Employment Type: Permanent Full-time
Days Required: Monday to Friday
 Wage: 24 to 24 per hour before tax
 Hours per week: A minimum of 30 hours a week guaranteed, a maximum of 40 hours a week

Reporting To: Business owner 

Key tasks & Responsibilities
Provide information and advice to international students and their families about study
opportunities in New Zealand

Help clients choose their prospective study programme according to their educational, employment and financial circumstances.

Submit applications to institutions, obtain offers and facilitate registration.

Following up on leads and enquiries and maximising the number of applications submitted and finalised
Maintain excellent knowledge of student visa conditions and client programs and processes

Provide consultant services to international students via various social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Wechat, Facebook etc.

Answering telephone calls and emails in a professional manner

General administrative support (appointments, photocopying, scanning, filing, etc

Report successful applications and incurred sales expenses to the Director
