• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems

  • Install new HVAC and refrigeration systems according to specifications and industry standards

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative services on HVAC and refrigeration systems

  • Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to health and safety regulations

  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients

  • Maintain detailed records of all work performed

  • Minimum 2 years of experience In HVAC sector or relevent qualification ( minimum nzqf level4)

  • Extensive knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to clients
