9Days Limited based in Glenfield, Auckland, is specialised in commercial cleaning service. We are looking for two commercial cleaners-night shift to join our awesome team.

You will be required to work across various locations, including schools, gyms, childcare centers, and offices, primarily in Whangaparaoa and Silverdale, with assignments throughout the Auckland region. This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week, scheduled between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM, Monday to Sunday. The hourly pay rate ranges from $24.00 to $28.00, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills.

Job Description for This Position

·        Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in designated areas.

·        Vacuum carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture to remove dust and debris.

·        Dust, wipe, and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain a well-presented environment.

·        Collect and dispose of waste, including sorting recyclables and emptying bins, in accordance with regulations.

·        Use industrial vacuum cleaners and other specialised machinery to clean floors, workspaces, and large-scale equipment.

·        Remove dust, dirt, and residue from ceilings, walls, etc

Key Requirements for Successful Applicants:

·        It would be an advantage if you had one-year relevant work experience

·        If you do not have any experience, we are happy to provide on-the-job training. 

·        Hold a full NZ driver’s license or international driver's license 

·        Punctual and reliable with a positive can-do attitude will be key in this role

·        Be physically fit as the job involves heavy lifting.

·        Able to work with deadlines and schedules, and available to work at night and weekends.
