Are you a passionate, creative hair professional who loves making clients look and feel amazing? If so, we want you!  We are looking for an experienced Senior Stylist to bring their expertise, leadership, and flair to our vibrant salon.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be packed with variety, creativity, and connection:

  • Mastering the Craft: From cutting, styling, and colouring to permanent waving, straightening, and beard trims, you’ll deliver the full spectrum of top-tier hair services.

  • Inspiring Future Talent: Act as a role model for our apprentices. You’ll help bridge salon success with knowledge and creativity, mapping out development plans to keep our apprentices motivated and engaged. Great results don't just happen, they happen because you make them happen!

  • Client Connection: Chat with clients to understand their hair goals, advise them on premium retail products and home care, and maintain pristine client records.

  • Salon Operations: Keep the salon buzzing smoothly by handling reception duties, managing the cash register/computer systems, and keeping stock levels perfectly controlled.

  • Staying Ahead of Trends: Attend exciting industry seminars and training to ensure you are always at the cutting edge of new products and techniques.

Who You Are

You’re not just great with hair—you’re great with people. Our ideal candidate brings:

  • At least 3 years of experience 

  • Good hand-eye coordination, a strong creative flair, and an eye for the finest details.

  • Good communication skills, a patient and positive attitude, and impeccable personal presentation.

  • The ability to work under pressure, follow instructions seamlessly, and a commitment to safety and hygiene.

Guaranteed 30 hours per week with overtime opportunities.  Base rate of $30-35 plus commission on sales.
