Business Development Manager

DD Motors Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Business development Manager to manage
operations at our car rental company/sales and service in the Auckland Region in a full-time permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our customers.

You will be mainly responsible to Plans, organising, directing, controlling and coordinating business development activities within an organisation and externally

• Develop an effective strategy for identifying, developing, evaluating, and pursuing leads and opportunities to maintain a continuing pipeline of current and prospective clients.
• Build and strengthen new and existing relationships our client base and other stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver presentations to third parties highlighting our products and capabilities.
• Commit to business goals/targets, driving results through collaboration and problem-solving with the team.
• Generate new business by targeting new customers as per business operations.
• Gathering market intelligence to identify business development opportunities.
• Preparing sales and service reports and conducting monthly meetings with the team and management.
• Develop and deliver engagement strategies to support increasing the client base.
• Work closely with management and other team members to promote our products.
• Travel may be required throughout New Zealand, with some weekend work attending events.
• Explore new business opportunities and suggest to management to adopt them with a feasibility assessment.
• From time to time, develop material to brand the image of the business among stakeholders
• Develop strategies for customer retention for the business
• Respond to any stakeholder queries or issues promptly and provide effective and fast solutions
• Any other duties as designated by the Management

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant experience
