Production Manager – Ginger Garlic Paste; and

Production Manager – Ghee (Clarified Butter)

Tiara Enterprises Limited is a busy and fast-growing company in Auckland which is in the business of producing dairy products and spices. We are looking for 2 x experienced Production Managers to join our busy team. You will be required to work as efficiently as possible, in a busy team environment. You must be a team player and must be able to work under pressure and lead by example. You must be passionate about spices and dairy products and have attention to details. Your will oversee the team and will be responsible for end-to-end production.

Key duties include but not limited to

• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily Ginger Garlic Paste or Ghee production operations.

• Managing production schedules to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.

• Monitoring production costs, efficiency, and wastage, and implementing process improvements.

• Determining, implementing and monitoring production strategies, policies and plans

• Controlling the preparation of production records and reports

• Monitoring production output and costs and adjusting processes and resources to minimize cost.

• Supervising, training, and managing production staff.

• Ensuring plant, equipment, and materials are used efficiently and safely.

• Maintaining production records and reporting on output, quality, and operational performance.

• Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance

• Ensuring compliance with New Zealand regulatory and health & safety requirements

Skills, Qualification & Experience Required.

Bachelor’s in business or management (food production management) OR minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production or dairy manufacturing.

Strong understanding of spice processing, dairy processing, quality control, and manufacturing systems

Proven ability to manage production teams and workflows

Good problem-solving and organizational skills

Salary & Benefits: $30 – $35 per hour, depending on skills and experience

Full-time, ongoing employment

Preference will be given to candidates who are already in New Zealand and has a relevant work experience. All suitable candidates should be able to pass a preemployment drug test and Ministry of Justice/Police check when required.
