- Supervising and leading other plumbers and apprentices on active projects
- Residential plumbing installations and maintenance work
- Commercial projects across schools, medical centres, golf courses, and shop fitouts
- Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance on every job
- Liaising with site supervisors, clients, and other trades on site
- Certificate III in Plumbing or NZ equivalent, non-negotiable
- QBCC Plumbing Occupational Licence or actively in the process of obtaining one, explicit disqualifier if not
- Demonstrated commercial plumbing and drainage experience, this is the single most critical requirement
- Ability to run jobs independently and supervise others as a leading hand or foreman
- Current White Card and valid driver's licence, manual preferred
- Genuine willingness to relocate to the Gatton area long-term
- Willingness to obtain Australian recognition of NZ plumbing qualifications
