Alpha Recruitment is currently seeking a driven and hard working Human Resources Adviser for an exciting position located in central Wellington.

This is a six months fixed term position.

You will doing end to end employment relations and generalist HR work. 

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least one years previous experience working as an HR Advisor 
  • A strong understanding of employment relations and legislation 
  • At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
