Rivero Recruitment Limited is seeking 15 experienced Labourers to join our workforce based in Auckland. These are full-time permanent positions supporting our client operations in the manufacturing and production sector. Successful candidates will be required to work across day and night shift rotations.
Position Details
• Location: Auckland
• Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
• Hours of Work: Minimum 30 hours per week, maximum 50 hours per week
• Pay Rate: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour
• Shift Work: Day and night shift rotations required
• Start Date: To be confirmed upon appointment
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out general labouring duties as directed by site supervisors
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials and goods within the site
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Operating basic hand tools and equipment as required
• Complying with all health, safety, and site-specific protocols
• Supporting production and warehouse team operations
• Completing tasks efficiently and to the required standard
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of proven labouring experience in a similar environment
• Ability to perform physically demanding work on a sustained basis
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures
• Demonstrated English language proficiency (evidence required on application)
Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
