About the Role:

You'll be working across a variety of civil and infrastructure projects, operating heavy machinery and supporting site teams with tasks such as:

 

  • Operating excavators, loaders, rollers, dump trucks, and other heavy machinery


 

  • Bulk earthworks, trenching, and site preparation


 

  • Drainage, roading, and infrastructure projects


 

  • Loading and moving materials safely around site


 

  • Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance


 

  • Working alongside civil crews to meet project deadlines


 

  • Following site plans and health & safety procedures


 

No two projects are the same, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to work with some of Auckland's top civil contractors.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a civil or earthworks environment


 

  • Experience with excavators, loaders, rollers, or similar equipment


 

  • WTR endorsements and Class 2 licence highly advantageous


 

  • Ability to work safely and follow instructions


 

  • Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit


 

  • Own transport and valid NZ work rights


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Willing to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test


 

  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment


 

  • Legal right to work in New Zealand


 

  • Full Class 1 Drivers License + WTR Endorsements
