You will be working on commercial concrete cutting projects across Brisbane, operating road saw, wall saw, hand saw and ring saw, and core drill equipment. This is specialist work and the expectation is that you can operate all equipment independently without supervision from day one. This is not a role for concreters or labourers — if you have not spent real time behind a road saw, wall saw, and core drill on commercial sites, this role is not for you.

- Earn 56.62 AUD per hour EBA rate plus 12% super, a non-negotiable union rate

Day to day you will be across:
- Road saw cutting on commercial construction and civil projects
- Wall saw operations on structural and commercial cutting jobs
- Hand saw and ring saw work across a variety of commercial sites
- Core drilling for penetrations and structural openings
- Working independently and unsupervised on active commercial sites
- Setting the standard for a young, growing crew
- Proven hands-on experience operating road saw, wall saw, hand saw and ring saw, and core drill, non-negotiable
- Ability to work completely unsupervised and hit the ground running from day one
- Current White Card, Working at Heights ticket, valid driver's licence, and Confined Space certification, all required
- Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a positive attitude on site
- Character and culture fit matter as much as skill, this is a young crew and the standard you set matters
- Genuine willingness to relocate to Brisbane long-term
