Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and stock anagement.
• Deal with suppliers to negotiate contract ensuring all stock purchase and price setting lead to profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage financial transactions, including cash handling, daily reconciliations, and sales reporting.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in the retail industry 2 to 3 years in a New Zealand envirornment
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
