- Penalty rates: time and a half for the first two hours of overtime daily, double time after that

- Electrical wiring, connections, and commissioning of solar and battery systems
- Rooftop work across residential and commercial properties
- EV charger installations as part of a growing service offering
- Customer-facing work representing a premium, quality-first company
- Working independently and managing your own jobs on site
- Current Electrical Licence, NZ licence transfers to QLD in approximately 2 to 4 weeks
- Physically fit and comfortable working on rooftops, fear of heights is an explicit disqualifier for this role
- High workmanship standards and strong customer service, this is a premium company and the quality bar is high
- Solar and battery installation experience is a strong advantage but not essential, company will fund accreditation training
- Genuine commitment to relocating to Brisbane long-term
