Location: All Auckland Region (Primarily based in the Auckland region, including the Rosedale office, with regular travel to customer sites throughout Auckland and occasional travel outside Auckland.)

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (Minimum and Maximum Rate)

Pay Cycle: Wages are paid on a weekly basis.

Employment type: Full-time Permanent role

Hours of Work: Minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week, up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Monday to Sunday.

About the Role

Ellabella Ltd, Also known as TeamPanda, Operating in Auckland for over 12 years, we provide comprehensive residential and commercial HVAC, insulation, and Healthy Homes solutions. As an approved EECA provider, we partner closely with major property managers, residential builders, and developers across the region. Driven by continuous business growth, we are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to lead technical consultations, site assessments, and business development. You will be instrumental in expanding our commercial operations and strengthening our partnerships throughout Auckland.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support customer enquiries and provide professional technical recommendations across the company's service divisions.
  • Conduct technical site assessments to evaluate requirements for HVAC, insulation, and building compliance.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and commercial terms for clients.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships with builders, developers, and property managers.
  • Assist with business development activities to expand our technical sales and project consultation services.
  • Liaise with internal installation teams and external subcontractors to ensure accurate handover of technical specifications and project requirements post-sale.
  • Perform other reasonable, role-related administrative or operational duties as directed by management to support the team.

 

Requirements:

·       Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Physics, Mechanical/HVAC Engineering) , OR

·       Alternative Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience in lieu of formal qualifications. 

·       Core Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities. 

·       Licence: Full New Zealand driver's licence preferred for regular site visits. 

·       Transport: Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement may be provided based on operational needs.
