Key Responsibilities:

Role Purpose: Drive company growth and operational efficiency for a wholesale construction materials business by boosting brand awareness and utilizing data analytics.

Target Audience: Reach potential B2B customers (contractors, builders, and commercial clients) using traditional and new media to increase market presence and client awareness.

Market Strategy & Planning: Identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination, and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting the organization's goods and services.

R&D Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate research and development activities within the organization to stay ahead of industry trends.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a central hub collaborating closely across the internal Dispatch, Office, and Warehouse teams to streamline communication.

Multi-Channel Marketing: Develop and execute promotional campaigns across new media and traditional media.

Data Analysis: Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance metrics to ensure marketing efforts effectively promote the business.

Operational Efficiency: Review internal workflows and sales data to find practical ways to optimize day-to-day business operations and make them more effective.

Lead Generation: Create compelling marketing content to attract new wholesale accounts and support the sales team with data-driven insights.
Job Prerequisites:

Experience or Education:

At least 5 years of proven work experience in a similar role; OR

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business majors.
