Gurbani Enterprises Limited, known for providing efficient and quality customer service, is seeking multiple Drivers to join its team in the Auckland region. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional driving services while ensuring a high standard of customer care. The ideal candidates will be reliable, attentive, and committed to delivering excellent service to passengers.
The role requires travel within the region, and all travel-related costs will be covered by the employer.
Job responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport clients to their destinations in a timely manner.
- Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure punctual pickups and drop-offs.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
- Comply with all road safety regulations and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout all journeys.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vehicle and trip documentation in line with compliance requirements.
- Use GPS and navigation tools to determine the most efficient routes.
- Provide professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times.
- Drive responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards.
- Monitor fuel levels and refuel vehicles as required.
- Coordinate and report vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair needs when necessary.
- Maintain records of mileage, trips, and any vehicle-related issues or incidents.
You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $25 - $30 per hour.
Other requirements:
- A Valid NZ Driver's License (Class-1) or Overseas license more than 2 years old.
- P- Endorsement is required for this role; but if you do not currently have it, we can assist in obtaining it if selected.
- Relevant work experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends and rostered shifts as required.
- Physically fit, hardworking, and passionate about delivering quality service.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
