Lawnmower

Kaler Mowing Ltd is currently looking for 2 lawnmowers in a full-time permanent position. The hourly wage rates from $25.00 to $35.00. The company is based in the Auckland Region, but you may have to travel outside of Auckland for business purposes.

Job Duties you may need to perform are:

• Have a good work ethic
• Be a team player
• Flexible with work timing
• Have no criminal conviction and willing to do a drug test if required
• Be punctual, reliable, a can-do attitude and a willingness to get the job done.
• Operate lawn mowers, line trimmers, edgers, and other gardening equipment to maintain lawns and grassed areas.
• Mow lawns, trim edges, and remove grass clippings to maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Prepare garden beds and planting areas by digging, raking, cultivating soil, and removing weeds.
• Plant, water, mulch, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants as directed.
• Prune hedges, shrubs, and small trees using hand and power tools to maintain plant health and appearance.
• Remove weeds, dead plants, leaves, branches, and other garden debris from landscaped areas.
• Load, unload, transport, and store gardening materials, plants, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems and carry out routine watering of gardens and lawns.
• Apply fertilisers, compost, mulch, and soil conditioners in accordance with workplace procedures.
• Clean pathways, driveways, garden areas, and outdoor spaces to maintain a tidy environment.
• Carry out general labouring duties, including lifting, moving, and disposing of green waste and rubbish.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on lawn mowers, trimmers, and gardening equipment, reporting any faults to supervisors.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and use personal protective equipment when operating machinery and performing gardening tasks.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping, planting, and garden improvement projects as required.
