Job Description
- Maintaining accurate financial records and managing account balances through both manual and computerized systems.
- Overseeing cash flow and monitoring lines of credit.
- Creating and generating financial statements, budgets, expenditure reports, and analyses using accounting ledgers, books, and software.
- Issuing invoices, preparing purchase orders, and processing bank deposits.
- Matching and reconciling accounts with monthly bank statements.
- Checking recorded transactions for accuracy and flagging any discrepancies to management.
- May be asked to complete forms related to business tax obligations, including reporting Goods and Services Tax (GST) collected and paid.
- Reviews and assesses financial transaction records in both physical account books and digital accounting systems.
- Carrying out any other reasonable tasks assigned by the employer.

- Location: Auckland
- Job type: Full-time Permanent
- Pay rate: 25.00- 35.00 New Zealand dollars per hour
- Days required: Monday to Friday (rosters may apply).
- Hours per week: At least 30
Job Requirement
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or a relevant NZ Level 4 qualification (or equivalent overseas qualification), or a Bachelor degree or higher in any discipline is required.
