About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Modular Build Carpenters to join our growing team. You will be working in a controlled factory environment constructing high-quality modular buildings, including commercial and custom projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct and assemble modular building components (walls, floors, roofs)
  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications accurately
  • Install framing, cladding, linings, and finishes
  • Ensure builds meet quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Work collaboratively with production and design teams
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a carpenter (modular, prefab, or commercial preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • High attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Full driver’s licence (advantageous)
