This is a commercial and industrial AC and refrigeration installation role based in Wangara, north of Perth, with an established company working across split systems, ducted, and VRF systems. Vehicle and accommodation are provided on arrival and the team culture is one where attitude and fit matter as much as technical ability.
You will be working across commercial and industrial sites throughout greater Perth on air conditioning and refrigeration installations. The work covers individual split systems through to large-scale ducted and VRF systems. You will be expected to read drawings and schematics, plan and set out jobs, order materials, and test and commission systems independently. Mentoring apprentices on the job is also part of the role.

- Refrigeration system installations and maintenance across commercial sites
- Reading drawings and schematics and planning installations from set out through to completion
- Testing and commissioning of installed systems
- Ordering and managing materials for upcoming installations
- Mentoring and training apprentices on the tools
- Refrigeration Handling Licence (NZ ARCtick or Australian equivalent), non-negotiable
- Proven hands-on commercial and industrial AC and refrigeration installation experience
- Ability to read drawings and schematics and work independently on site
- Positive attitude and genuine team player, Dave's number one filter above all else
- Genuine willingness to relocate to Perth long-term
