- Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed.
- 7.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
- 6.00am -10.00am Saturdays.
- Hours outside of these maybe required to carry out required workload.
Skills & Experience Required:
- At least 2 years relevant experience OR
- Relevant tertiary qualification
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and optimise KUKA robotic systems used within the automated brick manufacturing process.
- Monitor robotic equipment performance and analyse operational data to maximise production efficiency and minimise downtime.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults within robotic and conveying system.
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibration and testing of robotic systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, product quality and operational reliability.
- Conduct technical inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure products meet manufacturing specifications.
- Maintain detailed maintenance, testing and operational records for robotic systems and production equipment.
- Liaise with maintenance personnel, engineers and production staff to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Train production staff in the safe operation and basic troubleshooting of robotic equipment.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company operating procedures.
